It is a clean hotel located near several good restaurants. Very quiet location, away from the main road. It is also located near the Oklahoma border and near the Sunset Point and Eisenhower State Park and birthplace. It is also one of the few good hotels in Denison. The hotel also serves a decent breakfast every day. The rooms and the beds are very clean and comfortable. The room also have all the basic amenities like coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Overall good hotel to stay at in Denison.

The staff went above and beyond! Our stay was great!! I left my Apple Watch in the room when we checked out and drove home 2 hours away, before I realized I’d left it there! The manager was so helpful! She went up and found it and kept it safe for me until I got back later that day to pick it up!! We will be staying there anytime we are in the area!! The breakfast was Awesome too!! Comfy bed and lots of room in our room!!
